Additive Manufacturing

With over 12 years of experience in FDM and resin printing for props, functional parts, and prototypes, I handle design, printing, assembly, and finishing across standard and exotic materials.

  • FDM build volumes up to 350 x 350 x 350mm
  • Resin build volumes up to 211.68 × 118.37 × 220 mm
  • Multi-color PLA / PETG / ABS / ASA / TPU / PPA / PPS Filaments
  • Post-processing: sanding, priming, painting

Fiber Laser Engraving & Cutting

My MOPA fiber laser adds adjustable pulse control on top of standard fiber marking - from deep structural engraving, light surface marking, and true color marking, I can work with most non-ferrous materials. I do mugs too!

  • Work area up to 220mm x 220mm
  • Stainless steel / aluminum / brass / titanium / coated & anodized metals
  • Experimental engravings on ceramics, glass, etc.
  • MOPA color marking - no ink, no coating
  • Rotary attachment for cylindrical items: tumblers, bottles, rings, etc
  • Batch runs & material sourcing available

3D Modeling Support

I don't just click print! I help source, scan, review, and reinforce your model files so they print clean and hold up at a con. Basic graphic design and artist referrals available too.

  • In house 3D scanning for reverse engineering
  • Model sourcing, including licensed 3D printable prop collections (e.g. Galactic Armory)
  • Printability review before it hits the bed
  • File modification, reinforcement and con-ready prep
  • Basic graphic design, or referrals to artists

Custom PC Builds

Super custom PC builds with hardline acrylic watercooling, personalized with 3D printed and laser engraved accents. I source parts*, assemble, leak test, and handle upgrades on existing builds.

  • Full builds: parts sourcing, assembly, cable management
  • Hardline acrylic / PETG custom bent watercooling loops
  • 3D printed brackets, reservoir mounts, laser engraved panels, and more
